Project Description:

The center sports a modern look with its 6-story reflective hurricane-resistant glass exterior façade composed of clear, transluscent and opaque low-e glass. The 464,000 sq. ft. open floor plan has a view from almost every angle. The interior layout and design is deemed a “cornerstone” in the company’s long term initiatives to modernize its facilities and provide over 1,400 engineers and scientists with a world class work environment that fosters innovation in technology as well as excellence in operations. Integrating sustainable strategies, the project incorporates native landscaping around ponds and lagoons. The project successfully attained LEED Gold for new construction v3-2009.
